Brown Machine Group (BMG) continues to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak at the highest levels of management and has established Action Teams to address the impact on customers, employees and suppliers.
During this time, all non-critical business travel will be postponed. It is recommended instead that our employees, customers and suppliers utilize audio & video meeting opportunities. Any critical travel that has been previously booked should be re-confirmed with all parties to make sure the visit is still required and available. Service Technician availability for our customer’s needs is considered critical and will continue as needed.
